Here test is two tailed and level of significance is 0.01 so critical value of z are -2.58 and 2.58.

Here test is one tail (right tailed) and level of significance is 0.05 so critical value of z is 1.645.

Here test is one tail (left tailed) and level of significance is 0.05 so critical value of z is -1.645.
