Membrane bound protein :-Many proteins after being translated in the cytosol are attached with specific fatty acids and are then anchored with lipid bilyaer of different cell organelles. The most common membrane attached proteins are GTP binding protein, RAS etc.

Secretary proteins:- Secretary proteins are synthesised in the cytosol the are directed into ER where they undergo folding and modifications. From ER they are transported into vesicles into Golgi complex here further tagging and modification occurs. After this Secretary proteins are budded off in the form of vesicles to their site of action. Fro example hormones, enzymes, toxins etc.
