apply nodal analysis at node b. consider that node voltage as vb.

(vb-120)/4+(vb-40)/18+vb/9=0

vb[(1/4)+(1/18)+(1/9)]=(120/4)+(40/18).

vb=77.33 volts.

is=(120-vb)/4=(120-77.33)/4=10.6675 amps.

v1=10.6675*4=42.67 volts.

we know from the circuit

vb=40+v2

v2=vb-40=77.33-40=37.33 volts.

current i1=(vb-40)/18=(77.33-40)/18=2.07 amps.

current i2=vb/9=8.592 amps.

voltage v3=3*8.592=25.776 volts.

power delivered by the source=120*is=120*10.6675=1280.1 watts.
