Solution
In triangle DEC and AEB,
DE/EA = 12/30 = 2/5
EC/EB = 10/25 = 2/5
Hence --- DE/EA = EC/EB
So there triangles are congruent.
Hence ----
DE/EA = EC/EB = CD/AB = 2/5
CD/AB = 2/5
15/AB = 2/5
AB = 15×5/2
AB = 75/2
AB = 37.5 m
