This is a 16 part assignment. (PART 14 of 16)
Back in the 1970s, there was a fad called “biorhythms”. People believed that their physical, emotional, and intellectual abilities could be modeled by the following equations:
(PART 14 of 16)
The first physical/emotional critical day pattern will work for other combinations. When is the first physical/intellectual critical day? (hint: what do you notice about the common denominator from the expressions in question 5).
Solution
the mid-cycle critical day for the physical and intellectual cycles (odd number of days - 23, and 33) occur 12 hours after the time of birth on the 11th and 16th days respectively. Therefore, the critical period begins at the time of birth on the 11th or 16th day and lasts for 24 hours. The study of biorhythm cycles is not an exact science and the above information is given as a general guideline. One analysis says that there is a 24 hour period of criticality for all cycles on day 1 and for the sensitivity cycle on day 14, but that is 48 hours centered on day 11 of the physical cycle and day 16 of the intellectual cycle.
critical day is the day where curve meet x-axis
the first physical/intellectual critical day maps on 23*33 = 759 th day. on these days both physical and intellectual cycles mapped.
