Task motivated leader provide close supervision and leads by directives, on a trauma resucitation team this would be effective because team need to follow direct orders in order to save the lives of human beings, if the team tells them to go right now to a place where there was an accindent there is no need to argue or put their input , they should go a save peole.

Relationship motivated leaders provide lose supervision , asks for the ideas of the team members , I dont believe this would be a good fit for trauma resuscitation teams because the team needs to respond immediatly to its leader, the supervision can not be lose, on the contrary needs to be tight.
