Considering Alloy 1, Alloy 356.0

Mg is 0.3 % & Si = 7 %, Remaining is Aluminium, Al = 100 - 0.3 - 7 = 92.7 %

So, to Create 100 tons of Alloy1,

Mg required = 0.3 ton,

Si required = 7 ton &

Al required = 92.7 ton   

and, for producing 10,000 tons of alloy 1,

Mg required = 30 ton,

Si required = 700 ton &

Al required = 9270 ton
