Solution

>> Let equation of required straight line => y = m*x + c

>> Now, Using Data Entry 1, x = 2 and y = 3

=> 3 = 2*m + c ................(1)...........

>> Now, Using Data Entry 2, x = 5 and y = 10

=> 10 = 5*m + c ................(2)...........

>> Solving (1) & (2),

=> m = 7/3

and, c = -5/3

So, best equation of straight line >> 3y = 7x - 5
