frequency = 1/2pi*sqrt(LC)

=> sqrt(LC) = 1/(2*3.14*17.8*10^3)

=> L =   2.381*10^-10 H

b) total energy = 1/2*L*Imax^2 = 1/2*2.381*10^-10*(7.63*10^-3)^2 = 6.930*10^-15 J

c) total energy = Qmax^2/2C

=> sqrt ( 6.930*10^-15*2*336*10^-3 ) = Qmax

=> Qmax = 6.824*10^-8 C
