Discuss 3 different ethical/problematic issues related to a provider that is blind or the deaf.

The three ethical issues related to a provide thatis deaf are:

1.Confidentiality:

The number of people in deaf community is less .As a result if the supervisors are discussing about a person from their community it is easy to make out about whom theyare talking about.This can be a problem at work.

2.Competency Issues:

In an organization the employees have to have a lot of abilities ,skillsand talent in order to compete in the company world.Due to lack of hearing this can turn to be huge problem as the people cannot hear or interact properly due to their problems.This can create a problem at work and it is very difficult for them to find work due to these reasons and in future as well.

3.Employment issues:Companies tend to employe who can read,write and speak very well.The people belonging to these communities are often neglected and given less chances at work and they are not able to get a job easily.
