Solution

DS-0 signal data rate = 64 kbits per second

So a single G.Lite subscriber data rate = 1.5Mb/s +64kb/s = 1.564Mb/s

For 150 subscribers Rg = 150*1.564Mb/s = 234.6 Mb/s

For 300 VF subscribers Rv = 300*64 kb/s = 19.2Mb/s

So the minimum data rate needed = 234.6 + 19.2 = 253.8 Mb/s
