for DC Source capacitor is open circuit and inductor is short circuit(in steady state)

current through the inductor = 24/(4+2) = 4mA

energy stored in the inductor = 1/2*L*I^2 = 0.5*2*16*10^(-6) = 16 ujoul

voltage across the capacitor = 2*4 = 8V

energy stored in the capacitor = 1/2*C* V^2 = 0.5*0.1*64 = 3.2 joul
