You can start with finding a problem in your city for example the traffic

what variables affect the traffic? the roads, the number of people in the city, the people that have cars in the city

you can use one variable for the hypothesis and see the relationship (is there any) and see how affect the people or the roads to the traffic in the city

you can take a sample of 100 people and you can ask if there have a car, how many days per week did they used (if they have)

you can take pictures of the rush hour and present an analysis of the variables that you see in the pictures

the places of more traffic and the hours that affect in each zone
