Solution
1. learning is a continuous process, which helps an individual to update himself, to grown and to perform in a better way than past.
the first step is developing ideas, it speaks about what the person wants to learn, what he is looing for. in this case, i want to learn car driving, so my actions should be in avway to fulfill my need.
in second stage i should find the car driving scholls, and joined with them.
in third stage, by performing the activity with help of professional driver guidance i could learn driving.
in fourth stage, i can implement what i learned. in this example i can drive a car by own with out support of any other person. because by the time i becomes as expert.
2. according to Peter Honey the different styles of learings are:
activist: who decides what to learn
reflector: what is the best way or alternative to learn and sources of learning
theorist: theoritically learn the concept
pramatist: practice what you learned.
3. no both are different. learing is a continuous process irrespective of the place and position. and transfer related to training is a temporary process which assign you to learn specific work or activity. once you learned it, you are comes to your base level. it is not a continuous learining. once you conplete the training you should go to your workplace and perform the work.
