Does signing a contract while drinking alcohol and partying automatically make the contract void? Why or Why not?

No; the contract should not be void, unless the drunken party shows sufficient reason for his/her defense.

A contract is an agreement between two parties for a specific consideration, in which one party should offer and the other party should accept. A valid contract must be enforceable by law.

In this case a drunken party meets a non-drunken party and executed a contract. If all the clauses and formalities are okay, the contract should not be void. The drunken party can’t show excuse about his/her situation at the time of contract, unless it is properly defended with unfair terms and unfair consideration.
