magnitude of induced emf = (number of coils)|rate of change of magnetic flux|
= N |d/dt|

Assuming that the rotational speed of the flipping coil is constant,
= N |/t|
= N |[BA - (-BA)]/t|
= 2NBA/t
= 2(26)(4.60e-5 T)[(1.07 m / 2)²]/(0.2002 s)
= 0.01074 V or 10.74 mV
