the skate blade makes an angle of 0.31 radian with the direction of track
the velocity of skate blade perpendicular to the track = 3.68 m/s
therefore if the actual velocity is v then
v sin (0.31) = 3.68
=> v = 12.06 m/s
therefore component of velocity along the track = v cos (0.31)
v to move forward = 12.059 m/s
