The size of B will be around 1.5Kb-2kb whereas H band is around 5.0-6kb

The bands amplified were not intact on the agarose gel and also you haven\'t mentioned the 1kb ladder brand (like promega, thermo fisher), Hence it is difficult to conclude or accurately define the sizes of both bands, However i can suggest you to decrease the concentration of agarose to resolve the B and H bands beacause it looks like a larger fragment and i am not sure of the agroase concentration you have used. Always do compare with the ladder data sheet of the marker used from the company for accurate determination.
