Predict the % of the CD4 +ve cells, identified by Flow-Cytometry in the Negative and Positive selection fraction. Explain your reasoning

the amount that was needed to be added=10ult

the amoutn actually added=100ult

total difference=100-10=90ult

The % cd4 cells =90%

the positive cells=90/2=45%
