Heart disease and diabetes are two of the top leading causes of death in the United States. Research biomedical devices that seek to integrate with the EHR to aid in the management of these diseases and explain the system and how they can be more effectively integrated.

The system to be used for the integration would be the data integration

where the data for heart attack and diabetes will be given with different measure seperately like

in which year how many deaths were there due to heart attack or diabetes and how many people were effected by it during that year

to integrate the data we will club the death rate and also the people affected by both and this will help in understanding the total people affected by both the diseases and hence integration will be completed.
