An individual will have to act in a socially desirable manner and will have to respect the beliefs of others.

An individual should foster team spirit and help develop strong bonds in a team. This will help the individual, on a personal level, be more multi culturally efficient. The individual in question will appreciate the differences in outlooks and norms and priniples of team members belonging to different cultures.

Lastly, as an individual try and always use open communication as a channel.
