in this private sectors and competitive nature, firms practice these to minimize their cost and expenditure. and one should accept for it, if you perform you will receive the benefits, other wise please give the chance to some other who is capable. and help the firm to get more profits. in one aspect it is the issue.

when it comes to other aspect, while we are young and much potential, the organisations are using our talent and time and the grown. once we become older and weaker, they are firing us with the name of poor performance. it is not correct, companies should consider the welfare of its old and retired employees. it is the curtosy and obligation of them.

in this regards we need to work and frame some guidelines and laws to protect the exemployees rights.
