Why do you think there were no cells found in cytokinesis? What can you infer about the length of time cells spend in cytokinesis?
| Interphase | Prophase | Metaphase | Anaphase | Telophase | Total | |

| Percent (%) of cells | 56% | 28% | 8% | 5% | 3% | 100% |
Solution
There were no cells found in cytokinesis because being the shortest phase,it would have taken the shortest time to complete cytokinesis. So, no cells could be captured at this stage. So we can say that cells spend the shortest time in cytokinesis.
