a) Write one page synopsis of the report that includes the description of accident, history of investigation, and conclusion of failure analysis.

b) Describe the ruling made by NTSB as to the mechanism of failure seen in Flight 812.

c) How did they arrive to the conclusion? If it were you, what type of analysis you would conduct to draw the same conclusion (that is if there is any other investigation you would do to make the conclusion to be more convincing).
