In my openion DVD is the best option for Installing Windows 7 Operating system. In the market Windows-7 OS is commercially available. First buy the OS DVD, then

1] Place the DVD in DVD ROM.

2] Reboot the system.

3] Boot from DVD ROM

4] Make a partitions of the Disk Drive

5] Install the OS in C:\\ drive

6] setup the date,time, geographic location

7] setup administrative and network previlages

8] provide system name and password

9] Finish the installation

10] Install the required system driver softwares and application softwares in to the system.
