1st Priority: Activity that has already started.

2nd Priority: Activity with the earliest late start.

3rd Priority: Activity with the least total float.

4th Priority: Activity with the largest number of resources.

5th Priority: Simply start the activity that occurs first in the input order.

PARALLEL METHOD OF RESOURSE ALLOCATION

Activities can be interrupted.

Schedule activities to start as soon as their predecessors have been completed.
