The rotation will take place about the center of mass of the system consisting of two ball and flipstick.
taking the origin at the center of the rod
Xcm =(m1x1+m2x2+m3x3)/(m1+m2+m3)
xcm ={200(-7)+300x0+300x(7)}/ (300+200+300)
here x1 is the distance of the center of green ball from the center of blue rod.
x3 is the distance of the center of pink ball from the center of rod.
solving this we get x=0.88cm
means the flipstick will rotate at a point which is 0.88 cm from the origin(i.e center of blue rod)
