Find the domain of the function below fx squareroot x 3 in
Find the domain of the function below. f(x) = squareroot x - 3 (-infinity, infinity) (-infinity, -3) union (-3, infinity) (3, infinity) [3, infinity) The graph of a function is given below. Use the graph to decide in which intervals the graph is decreasing. (-0.25, 1.4) and on (3.35, infinity) (-infinity, -0.25) and on (1.4, .35) (-0.5, 0) and on (2.6, 3.8) (0, 2.6)

  Solution
The first option is correct.
Because between -0.25 and 1.4 the graph of the function f(x) is falling down (decreasing) and later it gradually rising up ( the function is increasing).
But again it continues to fall down from 3.35 (that is again the function f(x) is again decreasing)
