Very funny.

Outsourcing is the concept of hiring people or services at a cheaper prices, so that the work is done at a comparitively less cost, and much faster it being done on its own by the company.

I strongly believe that Outsourcing can do good when your hiring people for technical purpose, and which involve no direct interaction with the customers, especially when the customers are from different location than the one from that of the representative who\'s is attending the customer. There will be a risk of not understanding the customers requirement as it does in the video, or misinterpreting the customer requirement, and thereby loosing the customer base of the owning company. This is much worse than saving some amount by outsourcing the services. The reason could be it is hard for to people from different location to communicate.

If there is a real use of outsourcing, then the representatives should be trained to understand the locale and accent of the customer base.
