A) Measurement starting from Upwards is Positive Angle & from Downwards is Negative Angle.

B) Yes, it\'s same because 300 degree is the angle out of 360 degrees whereas when you are marking the minus 60 degrees, It will be same because AutoCAD and almost other drafting software accept the Cartesian and Polar Coordinates.

C) A line from 1,4 to 4,4. will be giving us the line length of 3 units. (Here X coordinate will be changing and Y coordinate will be constant.)
