Discuss one similarity between case-control studies and cross-sectional studies. When is this similarity helpful?

case control studies:it is related about case controls.it t deals with diseased patients and disease free controls.we have to examine and collect the data about risk factors responisible for the cause of disease in patient and controls.

cross sectional studies:it is a detailed study we just take a snapshot of situation and explain it in the terms of frequencies mostly the prevalance.it tells about the exposure and diease outcome of interest at the same time. useful when no research or little research has reported on the question of interest.
