. What can you do as a first-line supervisor if it is apparent that your greatest source of stress is your immediate superior?
Solution
first of all we in the organisation should ensure that there is no fault on our part in the problem. And I am serving my job efficiently and honestly. All these problem are part of the work, and may occur to any one in work place.
1. These typers of the problems are solved through organisation heirarchy system and policies, if any avialable, regarding grievance redressal for the oreganisational matters.
2. Firstly, in this situation I will share my problem to just senior to my senior in organisation heirarchy and/or departmental head and if my problem is still unresolved I will talk to recruiting authority and ownor/board of director.
3. If it is a listed company there may be a grievance redressal form or committee or an Vigil Machanism. the problem can also be sorted out if the organisation policy and procedure provides so.
4. The normal procedure may be : to apply > to have a conversation over the matter > suggestion of the authority or the committee > and then an emicable solution.
