Magnetic Force on a charge,

F = qvB

So, 2.2*10^-4 = 14*10^-6*27*B

So, B = 0.582 T <---------answer

b)

F = qvB*sinQ

= 14*10^-6*6.3*0.582*sin(25 deg)

= 2.2*10^-5 N <-------answer
