Two space debris particles are moving in opposite directions along the same elliptic orbit with focus F at the center of the earth. At time t = 0 particle m1 is at perigee P and moving counter-clockwise, whereas particle m2 collide at point Q after a time t1. The semi-major axis (a) and the eccentricity (e) are known.

1.2) Determine the time t1 from the perigee passage of m1 (point P) to the collision point Q.
