Solution

Rotate angle PQR such that PQ is parallel to AB.

Reflection of angle PQR about its axis passing through R and cutting the Base PQ at its midpoint, will give us the pre image of triangle ABC about an axis which is parallel and equidistant to the bases of the triangle PQR & ABC.
