A business has to develop plans for its future goals. Some of these plans are—hiring cheap labors, better production process, and getting order. Business ethic indicates that child labors should not be hired although they are cheap, copyrighted process should not be stolen although this is better, and there should not be any bribe for getting orders.

Therefore, business planning requires ethics while adopting.
