Solution

Given relation A = - log T

a) T = 100% = 1

Hence A = - log 1 = 0 = 0%

b) T = 50% = 0.5

Hence A = - log 0.5 = -(-0.3010) = 0.3010 = 30.10%

c) T =0 % = 0

Hence A = - log 0 = undefined means infinetely large
