What would a structural functionalist say about the disparities within our criminal justice system?

Solution

Racial disparity is often observed in our system harsh treatment of black American or any other race by police is one of the example of racial disparity . Thousand of Black American suffers discrimination in criminal justice from arrest to bail to sentence. Black American suffers longer duration of sentence than White American for the same offense.

In different strata society is still divided with different society rule and point of view made by people only.there is still need of such reform and change in mind.
