team can be consist of two or more people who all are very good at one specific activity or function. all the representatives in the team are professionals, like sales team, finance team, production team and so on. when it comes to group, it can be consists of two or more people who belongs to different activities and they may have their individual goals and priorities. but when it comes to team, all people works towards a single goal.

individuals have their own goals in a group and each one works vollectively and achives the common objective of the organisation. suppose an organisation which is having different groups, all they functioned to achieve the organisational goals.

intergroup confict focus on the role ambiguity of indivual in a group. when the roles are not cleared and each one is fighting with other member, it leads to team conflict. the effected members are the group people only.

when it comes to organisational confrontation meating it conducts when the performace of the members are not upto the mark. it will conducts to find the solutions to the problems related to the performance of the employees.

when the targets are not reaches by the employees usually the total organisaation can be blamed, to avoid this only these type of meetins will conducted. in these meetings the negitive aspects of the employees will be discusses and take actions to solve the issues.
