what are the limitations to the ability of transmission and
what are the limitations to the ability of transmission and distribution lines to transport electrical power. Physical standpoint.
Solution
The quantity of power which is transmitted through the line is restricted. These restrictions changes with the length of the line.
Conditions of limiting and interrupting electricity distribution or electric supply are governed by respective legal regulations, namely Art. 31 Par. 1 (e) and Art. 34 Par. 1 (f) of Energy Act No. 251/2012 Coll. and the Operating Rules of the respective distribution system operator. During an interruption or limitation of distribution on the side of the respective distribution system operator, the supplier is not obliged to supply electricity and ensure distribution services according to the contract.
The supplier has the right to request the distribution system operator to interrupt or limit the transmission or distribution of electricity to the customer with whom the supplier has concluded an Integrated Power Supply Contract, if the electricity customer substantially violates the Contract even after receiving a previous written warning. If the substantial violation is based on not paying an advance payment or underpayment from the final invoice within a designated due date, the supplier informs the customer about this state and determines a new due date. For household customers, this due date can not be shorter than 10 days from delivering the warning.
