3] At axonic end= Acetylcholine a neurotransmitter is released.on getting signals from CNS.

4] It generates an action potentialin sarcolemma.

5] It causes release of Ca⁺⁺ with troponin on actin filament & removes mask on active site of actin filament between myosin filament.

6] It results in shorting of sarcomere by reducing I band .
