1)T_beer = 7 ^oC, T_lounge = 18 ^oC, Relative humidity = 50%

So from psychrometric chart,

The condensation temperature can be found out to be (T_condensation) = 7.5^oC

As the temperature of beer is less than condensation temperature, the condensation will form on the glass.

2) T_beer = 7 ^oC, T_outside = 10 ^oC

As no moisture forms on the glass, we can say that relative humidity is less than 80%.
