Hi i need some help, Im asked to use the 7 STEP HYPOTHESIS TESTING for the information given above..could someone please help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

Decision rule

Reject Ho if Z test is greater than critical value

Fail to Reject Ho if Z test is lower than critical value

Ztest = 18 - 17 / ( 3.5356 / sqrt (5))

Z test = 0.63

CONCLUSION

FAIL TO REJECT Ho BECAUSE Z TEST < CRITICAL VALUE
