   •   Construct a multi-tiered approach for compensation for each position. What types of criteria would you consider when determining how to compensate each position? Solution

The process will be an Aptitude test to know about the IQs of the applicants and a personal interview with them would be enough. For the position of Secretary additional case studies round of interview can be added as it is a very responsible profile.
