a. What is the probability that the first student was born in November?
b. What is the probability that both students were born in December?
2.Let E be the event that a randomly selected person in the U.S. who is over the age of 24 has attended college. Let F be the event that a randomly selected U.S. resident over the age of 24 is female. According to the U.S. Census Bureau,
P(E) = 0.559 and P(F) = 0.518, and P(E and F) is 0.295. (Source: U.S.

Solution
Note we are suppose to answer one question at a time so i will give u answer of 1st for rest repost again.
1)a) as november has 30 days in a month so any one can born in this 30 days
so the chances of being a november born comes out to be = 30/365
b) for both being a december born we will take the sqaure of chances of 1 being a december born
that is chances of 1 being december born as december has 31 days so probability = 31/365
therefore chances both being december born is (31/365)^2 = 961/133225
