The people who serve alcohol cannot always be held for the actions taken by and intoxicated individual. The actions of the individual though are personal but the consequences of the consumption of liquor. The person serving the alcohol should be held responsible for serving right quantity of alcohol to the people. Though the actions of the intoxicated individual are independent of the service persons. The actions of the individuals also depend upon person to person, some feel highly intoxicated with even very leass alcohol while others may not be.
