Lets assume the arch is a parabola inverted and with two ends of the arc with points

y axis is the axis of symmetry ( -15 , 0) and (15, 0)\'

So, possible equation of inverted parabola:

y - k = -a(x-0)^2

y -20 = -ax^2

find value of a using point (-15 , 0)

0 -20 = -a225

a = 4/45
