A) as the bread contains starch in it the saliva in our mouth contain alpha amalyaze enzymes it will break down the starch to disaccharide ie maltose hence after some time it will turn sweet in taste..!!
B) the starch is made up of many buildings block of glucose units which upon breaking gives glucose hence gives the sweet flavor..
C) yes, the results are similar to different types of starchy foods..!!
