Human resource department\'s HR managers uses the internal controls to make it sure that he employees complete their jobs and abide by company rules. As a Internal Control purpose, when an employee do not follow the rules or fails to meet its job objectives, HR managers uses the discipline actions like suspension and termination against the concerned employee. This comples the employees to follow the rules and work harder and harder to complete their jobs effectively.

HR Managers uses official company policy, company\'s project plans and standards set in advance for the purpose of execution of controls. All these controlling and rectifying actions of the HR managers can be classified as (a) flexible controls and (b) rigid and enforced actions.
