I googled it and i see that its name is \"ELEMENTARY AND INTERMEDIATE ALGEBRA\"

And other links indicate that this book is unavailable.

My best guess would be that it is out of circulation and not in use anymore. Probably a newer model of the same book has come in with a different book id.

This would be my guess.
